Rohit was born in Rishikesh. He holds a Bachelors degree from the Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University in Srinagar, Uttarakhand and a Masters degree from the Uttarakhand Sanskrit University. He is teaching Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in the Satyam Vedic Yoga School for the last 2 years. He also has experience in teaching abroad, as he was in Vietnam several times for holding Yoga workshops and Teacher Training Courses.

For him, Yoga is like a platform to get true knowledge about oneself. He is continuously aiming to learn something new and teaches Yoga with great spirit and passion.
