Yoga Retreat

A Yoga Retreat Course is for beginners & practitioners. It’s a short duration Yoga course to invigorate body, mind and soul. A Yoga Retreat is a minified version of a Yoga Teacher Training emphasizing on the practical aspect of Yoga with light on the philosophical aspect. Students will learn and practice different asanas (yoga postures), Pranayama (control on breath) and Dhyana (meditation).

Schedule

  • Traditional Hatha Yoga / Shatkarma (07:00 – 08:30)
  • Breakfast (08:45)
  • Leisure Time (10:00 – 13:00)
  • Lunch (13:00)
  • Leisure Time (14:00 – 16:00)
  • Tea (16:00)
  • Traditional Hatha Yoga / Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (16:30 – 17:30)
  • Pranayama / Mantra Chanting / Meditation (18:15 – 19:15)
  • Dinner (20:00)

Sunday is an optional program day so the yoga retreat schedule is different. There is a shortened yoga class in the morning, afternoon yoga class, and evening meditation and three meals are served. The rest of the day is free for program participants to do as they please. This day gives our guests the opportunity to rest, read, self-practise, enjoy the beach or go on an excursion.
